SHIRA KOSS, MD
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Shira is a board-certified Otolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon). She has conducted innovative work in basic science, translational, and clinical research, and quality improvement initiatives in the hospital setting; taking these projects from conception to completion. Shira has authored more than 10 peer reviewed journal articles and her work has been presented at over 15 national meetings. She received her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania and her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery training at Mount Sinai and Emory University. This was followed by the Stanford Biodesign Fellowship, out of which Nasus Medical was borne.

ADAM GOLD
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Adam has 20 years of experience in early-stage medical device development. As an engineer and entrepreneur, he has designed numerous medical and consumer products and led R&D teams from concept through market release. Adam is the founder of Gold Product Development which focuses on working with physicians to develop novel surgical solutions. His work has led to 36 issued US patents. He holds a BSME from Tufts University and an MSME from Stanford.
